Dolly helps with the product

Dolly’s Windows provides a nationwide supply-only route for windows, doors, rooflights and lanterns. The website helps you describe a product request; Dolly’s team checks the supplier specification and prepares the quotation. No installation booking or online payment is created by adding items to a basket.

Your installer handles the site work

Surveying, fitting and building work are arranged separately with your own installer. Before ordering, make sure the final measurements, openings, support, access and installation details have been agreed with the appropriate people on your project.

A product image or diagram is useful for discussing a preference, but it is not an installation drawing or approval of the building work.

Keep the information joined up

Share relevant plans, schedules and installer questions with Dolly. Label openings consistently so the same item can be followed from initial request to checked specification. If a size or requirement changes, highlight it instead of relying on an old screenshot or email.

Confirm before making commitments

Check the written quote, product details, delivery arrangements and applicable terms before ordering. Arrange fitting around confirmed information, not an assumed lead time. If you are unsure who should answer a technical question, tell Dolly what the question is and who is looking after the installation.
