Pressing Continue after Customer details saves a private draft for Dolly and later steps update it. Submit enquiry sends the complete request into the private records and returns a reference. Downloading a PDF alone does not submit it. Email notifications remain disabled during this review until the mailbox connection is verified.

Free delivery covers the UK, including UK islands, excluding Northern Ireland. Tell Dolly the delivery address, postcode, access restrictions, unloading needs and target timing. Delivery arrangements and lead time are checked with your quotation.

Exact combinations are checked for the selected system. Screen colours are indicative; ask for a sample before ordering.

Clear and obscure describe appearance. Toughened and laminated describe glass construction. An insulated glass unit is the complete sealed assembly. Your preference still needs a product-specific safety check, particularly for doors and overhead glazing.
