Planning your quote

Planning delivery before you arrange fitting

Share access details early and wait for confirmed arrangements before booking the next step.

Start with the delivery location

Give Dolly the delivery postcode and address, then mention anything that may affect access or unloading. A narrow approach, steps, restricted parking or a site that is not yet accessible can matter. A normal-looking street address does not explain every site condition.

Treat timing as something to confirm

The product, finish, configuration and supplier schedule can affect the order. An initial quote request or a saved basket does not reserve a delivery date. Tell Dolly your target programme so it can be discussed alongside the specification.

Wait for confirmed delivery and product arrangements before making fitting commitments. If the programme changes, communicate the new information rather than assuming the original plan still applies.

Check the practical handover

Discuss who will receive the delivery, what access is available and what your installer needs in place. Follow the confirmed supplier arrangements for handling and storage; do not rely on general assumptions based on the size of the photograph.

Read the confirmed terms

Free delivery covers the UK, including UK islands, excluding Northern Ireland. The written quotation confirms the delivery arrangements for your location and order. Ask Dolly about anything unclear before committing, and keep the agreed arrangements with the product information for your installer.
